Your Own Private Mountain Playground
Get full weekend access to 25 acres of mountain beauty. Roam the trails, soak in the hot tubs, gather by the Fire Pavilion, and enjoy every golden hour moment. You’ll have full run of our pavilion and ceremony spaces to decorate, rehearse, get married, and enjoy every second—including one last mimosa before heading home.
Delicious Catering that Cares
Our in-house chef isn’t about cookie-cutter menus. We’re talking fresh, seasonal, and packed with flavor. Choose from crowd-favorite themed menus or work with us to create something uniquely yours. And, yes, mac & cheese can be fancy.
BYOB? Heck Yes.
Every event includes our Basic Beverage Package (hello, sweet tea + lemonade), and with our optional Bar Packages, you can bring your favorite beer, wine, or liquor—we’ll bring the bar setup and pro bartender (with our Bar Package). It’s your party, your drinks, your way.
All the Things, Included
No need to stress about rentals. We’ve got 125 X-Back Chairs, handcrafted live-edge tables, china, flatware, stylish black napkins, catering chafers, serving utensils, and more. Plus cocktail tables, cake table, outdoor bar, lounge spaces—it’s all here and perfect for mingling, sipping, or sneaking a pre-ceremony selfie.

Why leave when you can stay? With 8 on-site overnight rentals—including tiny cabins with hot tubs, a luxe glamping yurt, and our Hilltop House—you and your crew can wake up to mountain views and keep the good vibes going.

Lodging is separate from your venue package, giving you the flexibility to let guests book their own stays—or cover it all and keep things simple. Book all units on your master bill and enjoy a 10% lodging discount! We’ll handle reservations with just a guest list from you. Your guaranteed rental includes:

- Glamping Yurt (ideal honeymoon suite)
- Hilltop House (sleeps up to 10, great for entertaining)
