HOW MANY GUESTS CAN WE HOST?
Serenity Ridge can host up to 125 guests for Ceremony and Reception.  We can sleep up to 36 guests in our overnight accommodations.
WHAT OTHER EVENTS WILL BE GOING ON AT THE SAME TIME?
As a boutique venue, we're committed to your event (and only your event) on the day of.

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN ALCOHOL?

Yes! Because of our location, we require a NC Events Permit which will allow alcohol to be served at your event.  We'll staff the bar, just bring your favorites.

WHERE DOES THE WEDDING PARTY GET READY?

The Hilltop House and/or the Glamping Yurt are ideal places for your Bridal Party to get ready.

HOW IS YOUR PRICING STRUCTURED?
It's simple: Two key ingredients in our pricing – Venue Rental and Customized Catering. Venue cost varies by date and day of the week. Catering depends on your menu and guest count. Your unique Serenity Ridge quote is tailored just for you!
HOW LONG DO WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY?
For Weekend Weddings, access our exclusive event pavilion and ceremony area from Friday evening to midday Sunday, allowing ample time for rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, decorating, setup, ceremony, reception, and Sunday brunch.
ARE WE REQUIRED TO WORK WITH SPECIFIC VENDORS?
While we do offer a list of recommended vendors, we understand that your event is a unique reflection of your tastes and preferences. You're welcome to choose any vendors that match your vision, as long as they meet the necessary licensing and insurance requirements.  Our goal is to help create the event you've always dreamed of.

ARE TABLES AND CHAIRS INCLUDED?

Yes! 150 sleek black X-Back Chairs and 8 Live Edge Dining and Buffet Tables are included for a sophisticated ambiance. 

WHEN IS PEAK AND OFF-SEASON AT SERENITY RIDGE?

Wedding bells in the mountains? October is by far the most popular month to tie the knot. Peak months include April, May, June, September, November, and holidays. For the budget-conscious, the summer months of July and August are great alternates. Embrace the off-season months of December, January, February, and March for the best pricing. No matter when you choose, the mountains will be waiting, ready to give you a magical wedding to remember.

DO YOU OFFER IN-HOUSE CATERING?
Yes! Our talented Chef is ready to work his culinary magic to create a menu that's perfectly tailored to your tastes and preferences. Whether you're dreaming of a specific cuisine, dietary requirements, or have a list of must-have dishes, just let us know, and we'll make it happen.  Check out our Catering Menu to get an idea of our offerings!
 DO YOU HAVE A FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM?
We do have a minimum food and beverage spend that varies based on your guest count and season.  The good news is, we're extremely flexible with how it is spent!  Easily add on a rehearsal dinner, welcome s'more party or day after brunch to meet your minimum spend.
