Our Pavilion is designed to flex with your vision, not box it in. This page offers a collection of thoughtfully designed floor plans to help you imagine how your celebration might flow, whether you’re dreaming of long communal tables, an open dance floor, or something beautifully in between. These layouts are meant to inspire, not restrict. Many couples use them as a starting point, then make small adjustments to reflect their guest count, priorities, and overall vibe. Every layout shown here works seamlessly within the Pavilion and pairs naturally with the tables included in your venue rental, detailed below. VENUE PROVIDED TABLES All tables listed below are included with your Serenity Ridge venue rental and may be mixed and matched to create a layout that feels both intentional and inviting. Live Edge Tables These are a favorite for receptions, head tables, and statement seating. Each piece is unique, with natural variations that add warmth and character. (6) Spruce + Maple Live Edge Tables Approx. 9.5 ft × 5 ft each (sizes vary slightly) Seats up to 12 guests per table Dark, Espresso Stain (3) Poplar Live Edge Tables Approx. 12 ft × 4 ft Seats up to 14 guests per table Lighter in color with natural “rainbow poplar” tones (2) Pine Live Edge Tables Approx. 8 ft × 4 ft Seats up to 8 guests Commonly used for display setups (think Guest Book + Wedding Favors, Gift + Cards) Dark, Espresso Stain (1) Poplar Sweetheart Table Approx. 4 ft × 2 ft Seats 2 guests Ideal for an intimate sweetheart setup, but also used for smaller display setups Lighter in color with natural "rainbow poplar" tones Standard Banquet Tables (4) 6-ft Plastic Tables Black, poly floor-length linens included Often used for remote catering events at our Fire Pavilion or Hilltop House Helpful Notes Layouts may be adjusted based on guest count, vendor needs, and weather considerations. Couples are welcome to rent additional tables or specialty furniture through outside vendors if desired. Final layouts are typically confirmed closer to your event once all details are locked in.
