OUR VENUE:  Where the Mountains meet Your Story.

When you book Serenity Ridge, you’re reserving the entire property for the weekend— not just a few hours.  That means exclusive access to the ceremony lawn, reception pavilion, and event spaces from Friday through Sunday.  From rehearsal to the last dance, you’ll have time to celebrate, relax, and create lasting memories with the people you love.  Our Venue Pricing includes:


  • Exclusive use of our 25-acre estate

  • Fire Pit, stocked with Firewood
  • Tables, Chairs, Linen Napkins

OUR CATERING: Crafted with care, Served with heart. 

Led by Chef Jordan, our in-house catering team brings over 20 years of experience to your wedding table.  Every package includes a chef-crafted buffet with all of your favorites. Options include:


  • Customizable menus designed for your taste and guest count
  • Professional kitchen and service staff
  •  Use of dinnerware, flatware, and plasticware
  •  Tastings available prior to your event
  • Customizable Beverage Offerings, including BYO Alcohol
  •  Options for rehearsal dinners, late-night snacks, and day-after brunch

Eight unique homes on property sleep up to 36 guests —

from cozy cabins to our Hilltop House and Glamping Yurt. Your lodging includes:


  • Two-night stay for up to 36 overnight guests
  • Kitchens, porches, hot tubs and many cozy gathering spaces
  • Firepits, trails, and mountain views
  • Pet-friendly and the option to add extra nights
  • Option for couples to cover all lodging, or allow guests to book directly
  • 10% Discount when All Lodging is booked to the Master Account

Food + Beverage— Our chef-crafted buffets are designed for mountain gatherings — delicious, relaxed, and full of flavor. Choose from themed menus like Southern BBQ, Italian Feast, or Create Your Own, with optional add-ons such as rehearsal dinners, late-night snacks, or day-after brunch.


Serenity Ridge couples hosting between 75-100 guests spend $20,000–$30,000 all-in with us — but remember, that includes your venue, customized catering, and lodging. Many venues quote only the space, with rentals, food and accommodations added later. We make it simple by rolling the essentials into one transparent weekend package.

What changes most is when you choose to celebrate. Winter brings cozy savings and quiet charm, spring and summer offer the perfect balance of beauty and comfort, and fall is pure mountain magic. May and October are our most sought-after months, filled with golden light and unforgettable color.

Each season at Serenity Ridge brings its own kind of beauty — from crisp fall colors and golden sunsets to lush summer greens and cozy winter nights by the fire. The costs below include your venue rental, food + beverage minimums, taxes, and fees.

You can choose to have your guests book their accommodations directly or include lodging in your master account — whichever fits your vision best.
